We indirectly collect personal data about you

When you complete a contact form on our website or contact us by e-mail, phone or social networks, and when you apply for a job on our website or any other channel, we collect:

  • Data about your career: current employer, current job and past jobs …

We indirectly collect personal data about you

When we use certain search engines or websites where you have submitted your CV, we indirectly receive your personal data . These data allow us to keep your profile and your MSDS up-to-date.

3) Purpose of the processing of personal data 

If you are a candidate for a job offer, the personal data referred to in point 2 are processed in order to examine both your competency profile, as well as to find you a job that suits you and to transmit your contact information. Your data will only be transferred to potential new employers who are well-known to you and who you might be interested in. And the final purpose is to communicate with you about the follow-up of your application.

If you are an employer with whom we collaborate, we process your data so as to best fulfill our primary mission of advice and expertise.

4) Legal basis of treatment

In order to process your personal data in accordance with the conditions listed in this Privacy Policy, we ask for your consent as a responsible party.

On the other hand, the processing of your personal data may be necessary to enable us to fulfill our legal obligations.
