Responsabilities
As 1st line helpdesk support, your main tasks will be:
- To provide support for all hardware/software problems;
- To register incidents with a ticketing tool;
- To dispatch incidents to 2nd and 3rd line support helpdesks for more complex problems;
- To follow-up of the incident management.
As part of the IT Infrastructure Team, you will be in charge of:
- Troubleshooting and monitoring of systems;
- Controlling the availability of the windows systems and backups;
- Taking part in IT projects like hardware and software migrations;
- Dealing with access rights;
- Proposing infrastructure improvements.
Profile
You have an IT bachelor or equivalent through experience.
You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar function.
You master the following technologies :
- Windows Server (2003/2008)
- Windows XP/7
- VMWare
- Active Directory
- MS Office
- Anti-spam
- Printers
You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good technical knowledge of English.
You are a good communicator, stress-resistant and client-oriented.
